Grateful

Emily Gave me this awesome journal for Christmas.

She has kept one for awhile, and called me last november and was like "last year we did this..."

I was like "umm your a freak for knowing that. slash how do you know that? She told me all about this Journal, and it is SO cool!! 

It has the year, and like 4 lines to write what you did that day. and has five more years on that same page.

Does that make sense? I'm not sure.. haha Oh well. It has really been a lot of fun!

The reason for me talking about this is that nothing exciting usually happens on Sunday to report about.. So I have decided Sundays will be my grateful days. All I write are things I am grateful for.

• I am grateful for this past week. It has been a blast. (pics & post to come!!)
• I am grateful for some out of town friends. Micah and Jeff! {who should move in town}
• Catching up with friends from India. Rebecca. good times. gooooood times. 
• Katie. duh. i dont even need to put her on this list. its just obvi LOL
• Britny get it gurl. slash you were willing to save me if I needed u Saturday. love u. (PLL Tonight)
• My family. Holy freak, i have an awesome family. for reals.
• You know who you are. I dont need to give a shout out. your just awesome.
• Ali and Mike!
• I am grateful for all you married and engaged people. hahahaha but really. good for you. 
• JT and Joylyn and little pdizzle!! I hope I can be as awesome as you guys if I ever have a child. 
• My nephews are SO COOL. They are gonna be heartbreakers when they get older.
• Anyone that reads this blog. Well duh.. of course you are my favorite!!
• Anyone that I have forgotten..you are awesome too.

This week was the two year mark of my Big Brother Matty's passing....

The greatest thing you'll ever learn is just to love and be loved in return..

That quote is on Matts headstone. It was his favorite. :)

Matt and I loved musicals. You name it, we loved it.

We sang them at the top of our lungs together.

Sometimes he would call me, and just start singing expecting me to sing along.

He sure is one of the coolest people i know.

also one of the weirdest...hehehe

No Day But Today

Parents Birthdays

Today is my moms Birthday.

I call her Debbie.

Most people think its weird..but she is my best friend. So i call her Debbie sometimes.

She's ok with it. I call her mom too. Everyone can settle down. :)

She is such an incredible mom. Holy smokes.

She really does everything for me. Its kind of embarrassing.

Like for reals...i hate writing, and she just happens to be an English Major..so she is the main reason I passed all of my classes last semester.

I owe her my life.

She is the happiest person I know.

My Daddy's Birthday was a few days ago.

we always joke about how my parents met in heaven and were like ok ill be down in a few days, then we will meet in a few years, get married, and have awesome kids.

My dad is pure awesomeness.

He is a tall drink of water.

I think people are scared of him..but he is the kindest person I have ever met.

So grateful for this guy. He gets up and goes to work every day for my family.

PLUS

he goes on adventures with us.

Jumps out of planes, scuba dives, travels like crazy.

I'm one lucky girl. :))))
